First Line Friday is something every reader can participate in. Pick up a book near you. Type the first line in the comments, along with the title of the book and the author. Then check out the books other readers have featured in the comments on this blog. You might find a book you would like to read simply by reading the first line.
The book I’m featuring today is The Christmas Journey by Winnie Griggs.

I had the pleasure of reading Holding the Fort recently. From the very first line I was captivated.

I’ll share with you here the first line of a book that has been on my TBR for several months, I really loved this book!

Looks like another interesting Christmas story I need to add to my collection!
I’m sharing about Land of Silence by Tessa Afshar on my blog today, but I’ll share a book that is on my TBR here.
